Self-defense and self-determination is a right in America. The NFAC is doing just that.

Dedicated to the Liberation of Jailed Stoners and the Right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness Thematically thinking about this film, I landed on a subject that I had a lot of knowledge about: Medical Marijuana. Logistically, I had the opportunity to get lots of raw footage, including dialogue derived from several interviews I did a friend of mine. Another strategy for footage was the realization that I could get a lot of flying imagery - which I thought would work well with the subject - by visiting the nearby beaches on the Jersey Shore. The underpinning of the film is our dialogue which was loosely scripted but allowed us to add our ad lib remarks and laughter. Tying a bow around it all, because I am engaged, the last scene includes recent footage I got as I was coming out of a restaurant, stepping into a sidewalk wedding reception. It was an awesome catch and a perfect ending for this smoky tour through the wild, wooly and wonderful world of medical Maryjane. The entire film was shot using a Pixel 3 smartphone and edited with Adobe Premiere and Adobe After Effects. Enjoy!
